Identify selling possibilities and generate leads.- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Cold Calling potential or existing customers to inform them about services.
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through visits, networking and social media
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Questioning customers to understand their requirements and preferences
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Negotiate, close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Maintaining a record of daytoday calls and sales activities
- Fulfilling the monthly and yearly sales target
