Job description:

Coordinate with Customer Support team:
Plan their output and ensure effective execution &
provide desired guidance

Provide Direct Customer Support and ensure relation Management

Collection of customer feedback from time to time and design improvement of services

Review & Resolve Escalations

Evaluate Performance of the team members

Coordinate with account manager & provide time to time feedback

Create and update training documentation or manuals

Learning new releases/modules of software and work along with support team members for

effective implementation of new releases

Ensuring highest Customer Satisfaction through appropriate handling of Customer Complaints &
Suggestions

Design strategy for superior product adoption & execute them effectively

Would be required to manage support ticketing tool for managing customer queries/issues or

suggestions

Responsible for creating/reviewing system usage reports/MIS and ensure timely sharing of

reports to client


Salary:
₹10, ₹45,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Ahmedabad, Gujarat: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)
