Job Profile:

• 1) Evaluate Brand strategies in local markets within a geographic territory, focusing on key Outlets to maximize brand sales.

2) Brand Marketing & BTL budget with the objective to create and establish strong brand positioning in consumer mind, while generating product trails.

3) Driving business to achieve 10% Market Share in relevant segments.

4) Responsible for business growth through trade marketing activities and sales insights.

5) Lead the execution and implementation of brand strategy.

6) Responsible for "Go to Market" strategies & execution through distributors and sales teams.

7) BTL Activity plan, strategy development, budget planning & reconciliation while maintaining compliance.

8) New POSM Development with cost optimization, while following brand guidelines

9) Develop digital campaigns and getting it executed through concern Person

10) Planning and execution of various consumer offers, Manpower promotions for ON & OFF Premise outlets.

• Branding contracts with vendors, Window display contracts and negotiation with retailers, adhering compliance.
• Innovation in branding developed wall-bays, window displays and customized displays. 13. ATL-Outdoor media plan and implementation
