Job Role:
Customer Service Reprentative


Location:
Lower Parel, Mumbai (On-Site)

  • Managing the endtoend journey of a customer from order placement to fulfilment to post
- sale service

  • Documenting necessary customer service information along with insights on customer behavior and preferences
  • Liaising with other departments such as logistics and operations to troubleshoot and resolve issues
  • Contributing with ideas and suggestions on continuously improving the overall efficiency of various departments for customer satisfaction

Qualifications

  • Good Communication Skills
  • 01 year of experience in front end, customer service, or retail experience

Job Types:

Salary:
₹10, ₹22,000.00 per month
