Description

As the Infringement & EWOS Analyst, you responsible to track, connect with employees to whom the vehicle is assigned & nominate the Infringement notices on time.

Based on request from locations, have to create/amend work orders and maintain the status of requests.

Commerce Graduate with 3 to 4 years' experience
Should possess Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical skills, ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
Proficiency in Excel and SharePoint
Ability to maintain accurate data.

Infringement Process:

Track the Infringement notices received from scanning team.
Identify basic details like Employee/Driver details from various sources.
Share the notice to respective employees & get required information for nomination.
Upon receipt of details, nominate the notice in authority website or through call.
Maintain complete track of notice status from receipt to until nomination & closure with authorities.
Sharing of status metrics on daily basis with management & process owners

EWOS Process:

Coordinate with location team to suspense clearance & clearing the monthly status.
Process MICS billings for North American plant utilities
Prepare Adhoc/Monthly metrics.
