Opportunity for HR - Recruiter- Specialized in Healthcare Recruitment
- Responsible for Nurses manpower for all our units
- Collaborate with Nursing Heads (Regional & Unit level) on a regular basis and proactively identify future hiring needs.
- Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job board/newspapers/nursing colleges etc.
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the department head.
- Promote company's reputation and brand among the applicants.
Salary:
₹180, ₹360,000.00 per year
