Telecaller & Digital Marketer

Location - Kalyan Nagar, Bangalore


Experience - 0 - 2 years


Salary - Rs 15,000 to 20,000


Working Shifts - 930am to 600pm / Mon - Sat


Mandatory Requirements - Good English Communicator, Local Language, Knowledge of Digital Marketing


Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote our products and services
  • Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
  • Assist customers with problems or issues they may be experiencing
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Promote our products and services on social media platforms
  • Create and execute digital marketing campaigns
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure that digital marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals

Requirements:


  • Excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to interact with customers.
  • Experience in creating and executing digital marketing campaigns
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their usage for marketing purposes
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
