Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities- Lead analysis and develop solutions for automating processes using RPA/AI Tools

  • He / She will need to understand and build business requirements, design solutions, work with partners, IT to develop solutions to ensure that the solutions meet all the requirements.
  • Collaborating with business, operations, compliance, risk and other stakeholders for collection of requirements and build comprehensive BRDs.
  • Design solutions along with IT and Solution Providers
  • Track E2E Deliveries across all project stakeholders
  • Define testing Strategy, guide team in testing plan / scenario definition and oversee the testing execution
  • Oversee resolution of any critical issues and escalate where necessary
  • Drive the roadmap of RPA /AI Implementations
