Business Finance Partner
Your Role:
- Business Partnering
- Partner with business teams (ops, network, SCM, BD, design etc.) to achieve both topline and bottomline targets
- Independently drive discussions with business teams related to revenue management and cost structure with a clear view on path to profitability
- Review and analyze historical business trends, understand demand drivers, prepare forecast data, develop financial models, and evaluate business outcomes
- Business Reporting including dashboarding, MIS circulation defining and tracking KPIs for the business
- Continuously monitor financial and business KPIs, highlight trends and analyse causes of variance
- Build and manage financial models for forecasting, variance analysis and problem solving
- Facilitate regular business review meetings: present key insights and provide recommendations for decision making and be the Source of Truth wrt business metrics
- Liaising with controller's team to maintain hygiene of books
Must Have Skills
- Finance Professional / Qualified CA with 25 years of experience
- Experience in financial analysis, working with large amounts of data and an ability to drive actionable insights out of data.
- Experience in Quarterly and Monthly Financial reporting, annual budgeting and forecasting process
- Prior experience in designing MIS to facilitate business performance reviewing
- Problem Solving Ability while working with cross functional teams
