General Duties & Responsibilities:

Provide indepth product support to FIS clients by resolving incoming inquiries.
Document customer information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Interpersonal skills and technical product knowledge are critical in responding to daily clientcentric activities.
Perform other related duties as needed.

Education Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business or a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience. (High school diploma or GED for job levels I and II.)

General Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Prior banking or financerelated experiences are a plus, with personal banking experience preferred.
Ability to document client information and recurring technical issues to support product quality programs and product development.
Knowledge of FIS products and services.
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Knowledge in programming, business analysis, or implementation of software products.
Organizational and time management skills are required.
Selfstarter with proven ability to work independently.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
