Position description:
- Solving quires of customers & Students
- Update our internal databases with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers.
- Follow up with Students & customers to ensure their technical issues are resolved.
- Manage Students sales pipeline
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Sales call handling with Students
