SIFF Young Artiste is an online institutional platform providing education and accreditations in different forms of Music and Dance.
The core educational philosophy focuses on keeping the essence of every art form while using innovative methodologies to sustain and carry the interest of students over the many years that it takes to hone an art.
Our aim is to work towards the accessibility of quality education globally and promoting the love for Indian Music and Dance.
Responsibilities:
The Product & Marketing Associate role is being defined for the Young Artiste art forms as products. The Associate will work together with the Product managers across art forms.
The Job description is given below:
Content Creation
- Coordination with tutor/presenter to schedule the video shoots, arrangements for their travel, accommodation and shoot.
- Manage logistics of video shoots making the required arrangements at the studio. This involves pre-shoot, during the shoot and post-shoot activities.
- Help with content scripting. The individual must be able to understand the product, and research and identify trends, provide creative ideas and help with optimising the delivery of the content during the creation process.
- Writing captions, titles, descriptions, providing ideas for thumbnails, and general channel hygiene of the YouTube Channels. Upload of content on a timely basis.
- Update the content management tool with details of the content to be created.
- Help with setting the monthly calendar for the channel, scheduling the release of various assets on YouTube Studio.
- Help with various other audience engagement & ORM activities such as Instagram Live sessions, community post ideation and creation, WhatsApp group interactions etc.
Competitor research:
staying up to date with market trends and competitor behaviours.
- Work with the outreach team to continuously plan and implement lead engagement campaigns
- Assist the outreach team in developing efficient models for Outreach across all the different artforms and execute it across schools, colleges and other institutions
- Writing captions, titles, descriptions, providing ideas for thumbnails, and general hygiene of the Social Media Channels.
Data management and Analytics:
Being aware of the data helps in creating better assets. A good understanding of Social Media analytics is key here.
Campaigns for the SM Channels:
Creative thinking is key here as the person will be responsible for bringing campaign ideas that align with the current market trends as well as showcasing the brand's USP that creates an appeal to our audience.
Uploads:
Help with setting the monthly calendar for the channels, scheduling the release of various assets on SM channels
ORM Activity:
Help with various other audience engagement & ORM activities such as Instagram Live sessions, responding to DM's and comments
Competitor research:
Staying up to date with market trends and competitor behaviors
Necessary Skills
- Operational Skills: in terms of creating trackers, executing tasks in an independent and reliable manner, and providing updates to other team members. This is also necessary to be effective in planning logístical aspects of work.
- Experience in learning and teaching Kathak/Dance a plus
Pay:
₹25, ₹42,051.78 per month
