Overview:


As a Telecaller, you'll play a vital role in connecting with potential customers over the phone to promote products or services, answer queries, and generate sales leads.

Your primary objective will be to engage prospects, build rapport, and persuade them to take desired actions, contributing to the company's sales and marketing objectives.

Effective communication skills, persistence, and a customer-centric approach are essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities:


Outbound Calling:

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers from provided contact lists or databases, introducing them to the company's products or services.


Sales Pitch:

Deliver persuasive sales pitches to prospects, highlighting key features, benefits, and value propositions to generate interest and drive conversions.


Lead Generation:

Identify and qualify potential leads through proactive prospecting and qualifying techniques, gathering relevant information and assessing their needs and preferences.


Customer Engagement:

Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by addressing their inquiries, resolving concerns, and providing accurate information about products, services, pricing, and promotions.


  • Follow-up: Conduct timely follow-up calls to nurture leads, address any additional questions or objections, and facilitate the progression of leads through the sales funnel.

Appointment Setting:

Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for qualified leads with sales representatives or account managers, coordinating logistics and confirming details.


Data Entry:

Record and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, inquiries, feedback, and sales activities in the company's CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.


Sales Support:

Collaborate with the sales team to provide support in achieving sales targets, sharing insights from customer interactions, and identifying opportunities for improvement.


Feedback Collection:

Gather feedback from customers regarding their experience with products, services, or sales processes, communicating insights and suggestions for enhancement to relevant stakeholders.


Performance Metrics:

Meet or exceed established KPIs (Key Performance Indicators), such as call volume, conversion rates, and sales targets, consistently striving for performance excellence.


Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
  • Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service roles, preferably in a similar industry or market segment.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills, with a clear and articulate speaking voice and the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively over the phone.
  • Resilience and persistence in handling rejection and overcoming obstacles, maintaining a positive attitude and focus on achieving results.

Pay:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
