Key responsibilities for this position will include:
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of visa requirements, documentation, and other related procedures for different countries.
- Handling complex visa cases and resolving issues to ensure successful outcomes for our clients.
- Collaborating with relevant authorities, agencies, and consulates to facilitate seamless visa processing.
- Exhibiting exceptional customer service skills to build rapport with clients and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
- Identifying suitable flight options based on client preferences, budget, and travel requirements.
- Comparing and evaluating ticket prices, routes, and availability across various airlines.
- Assisting clients in making informed decisions regarding their flight bookings.
- Managing ticket reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
Experience:
- 2+yrs exp into VISA PROCESSING with large Business Group / Visa Processing Companies / Travel Agencies
Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Ernakulam , Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- total work: 3 years (preferred)
