    Description

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Proven experience as a site supervisor or similar role in the interior design industry
    • Strong knowledge of modular furniture installation techniques and processes
    • Excellent project management and leadership skills
    • Ability to read and interpret design drawings and specifications
    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures

    Roles and Responsibilities

    • Supervise the installation of modular furniture at various project sites
    • Ensure that the installation is carried out according to design specifications and quality standards
    • Coordinate with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure smooth execution of the project
    • Manage and lead a team of site technicians
    • Monitor the progress of the installation and provide regular updates to project stakeholders
    • Resolve any on-site issues or challenges that may arise
    • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
    • Maintain accurate documentation of the installation process and materials used
    • Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
