Job Summary:

As a Graphic Designer at Tech Mitraa, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective graphic assets that align with the brand's visual identity and communication goals.

You will play a vital role in delivering high-quality designs for a range of digital and print materials.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design:
Develop creative and visually appealing graphic designs for digital and print materials, such as social media posts, banners, brochures, flyers, posters, and more.
Ensure designs are onbrand and align with the company's visual identity.
Conceptualization and Ideation:
Collaborate with creative teams to understand project objectives and concept ideas.
Translate concepts into compelling visual designs and mockups.
Software Proficiency:
Utilize graphic design software, such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), CorelDRAW, or other relevant tools.
Stay current with design software updates and industry trends.
File Preparation:
Prepare printready and webready files, ensuring proper color profiles, resolutions, and file formats.
Collaborate with print vendors to ensure accurate printing of materials.
Visual Branding:
Maintain and enforce consistent visual branding across all materials.
Develop and update brand guidelines as needed.
Creative Collaboration:
Collaborate with creative teams, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure visual and messaging alignment in all materials.
Provide creative input and feedback during project development.
Project Management:
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring they meet established timelines and priorities.
Provide regular updates on project progress.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience (Upto 1+ years) as a graphic designer or a similar role.
Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across digital and print media.
Proficiency in graphic design software (Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDRAW, etc.).
Strong visual design skills, with a focus on creativity and attention to detail.
Excellent communication, teamwork, and problemsolving skills.
Ability to adapt to evolving design trends and technologies
