As a
2D Draughtsman, your primary responsibility is to create technical drawings and plans that serve as blueprints for construction or design projects


Your duties may include:

• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and designers to understand project requirements.
• Using computer-aided design (CAD) software to create detailed 2D drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Ensuring that drawings adhere to relevant codes, regulations, and standards.
• Incorporating design changes and feedback into drawings as needed.
• Reviewing and revising drawings to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Generating material lists and other documentation required for construction.
• Communicating effectively with team members and stakeholders to convey technical information and resolve any issues that arise during the design process.

3D Visualizer, your role revolves around transforming design concepts into compelling visual representations.


Your job description may include:

• Collaborating closely with architects, interior designers, and clients to understand project requirements and vision.
• Using specialized software such as 3D modeling and rendering programs to create lifelike visualizations of architectural and interior designs.
• Developing 3D models, textures, lighting setups, and camera angles to accurately depict design concepts.
• Incorporating feedback and revisions to refine visualizations until they meet client expectations.
• Creating virtual walkthroughs, animations, and interactive presentations to showcase designs from different perspectives.
• Ensuring that visualizations adhere to project timelines and quality standards.
• Staying updated on industry trends, techniques, and software advancements to continuously improve skills and workflows.
• Collaborating with other team members, such as 2D draftsmen and project managers, to ensure seamless integration of visualizations into the design process.
