Opening for Accounts executive. Responsible for full spectrum of Accounts Receivables (AR) and Accounts Payables (AP).

Ensure timely billing to stakeholders and compliance with AR and AP procedures by generating and raising Invoices, Debit and Credit notes, Perform comprehensive accounting and Tax service.

Qualification & Experience:

• Must be Graduate with 23 years' experience.
• Must be familiar with Accounting and Book keeping.
• Must be familiar with using ERP system.
• Must be dedicated and hardworking to achieve set objectives.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Shall be responsible for Record keeping and maintenance of books of accounts.
• Shall be responsible for Scrutiny/detailed review of all ledger accounts of trial balance (TB).
• Shall be responsible for Reconciliation and conformation of all supplier and customers ledger accounts.
• Shall be responsible for Review and reconciliation of all bank accounts.
• Shall be responsible for Review and manage fund requirements on daily basis.
• Shall be responsible for preparing data and filing GST returns.
• Shall be responsible for TDS and TCS challans and returns.

• Should be good at Accounting skills
• Should have Good communication skills
• Should be disciplined and Punctual.
