Description
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Managing all client requests from Onboarding to all service issues
- Client queries resolution as per the TAT defined.
- Co-ordination with other Depts for all client related concerns
- Implementation of all client servicing related polices and procedures.
- Managing the customer service team.
- MIS
Experience:
- Worked in Customer Service of any SEBI Intermediary like Broker/ PMS/AIF/Merchant Banking/Wealth Manager.
- Minimum experience of 2 years in customer service.
Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
