Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Managing all client requests from Onboarding to all service issues
  • Client queries resolution as per the TAT defined.
  • Co-ordination with other Depts for all client related concerns
  • Implementation of all client servicing related polices and procedures.
  • Managing the customer service team.
  • MIS

Experience:


  • Worked in Customer Service of any SEBI Intermediary like Broker/ PMS/AIF/Merchant Banking/Wealth Manager.
  • Minimum experience of 2 years in customer service.

Salary:
₹400, ₹500,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Day shift
