Responsibilities:

Initiate outbound calls to potential customers, promoting products/services.
Engage prospects through persuasive communication to generate sales leads.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and followup activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets and drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

Must have a graduate degree.
Minimum 1 year of experience in cold calling or telesales.
Excellent communication skills with a persuasive attitude.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment and meet targets.

Note:
Your first-month salary will have a deduction equivalent to 15 days' pay, serving as the service fee for the recruitment company that facilitated your hiring process.

Pay:
Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
