Job Summary
Position for an Operations Executive - Patient Care at home Services. This role is about responsibility of delivering the health care services to the patients at home. Following are the key responsibilities one is expected to perform

Base Location:
Mohali

Role:
Patient Care Coordinator (Medical / Female) - Home Healthcare Services

Working Hours:
Monday to Saturday. On Call availability on Sunday's.

Must have own Conveyance.

Responsibilities and Duties

Manage day to day shifts of staff / patients including roster plan, replacements, leaves management, staff emergencies
Maintain employee work schedules, shifts including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations and paid time off, telecommuting, cover for absenteeism, and overtime scheduling
Continuously train, mentor, and develop staff, including overseeing new employee onboarding
Interact with Patient's Family Attendants for timely feedback, issues, payments and ensure timely coordination
Independently visit patients at their home within Tricity based on the roster for counselling & feedback.
Should be available 24 x 7 for any issues or emergencies.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

3+ Years of Experience in medical domain like hospital; patient care services
Preferred: B.A.M.S. / Bachelors / Diploma in Healthcare administration (preferred) / Nurse or similar
Good at communication and knows Punjabi and English
