Job Summary:

The International Sales Executive plays a critical role in the company's global expansion efforts. Success in this role will contribute significantly to the company's international market presence and revenue growth.


As an International Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding the company's global market presence and increasing international sales revenue.

Your primary responsibility will be to identify and target potential clients and partners in international markets, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

This position requires a strong understanding of international business practices, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proactive approach to sales.


Key Responsibilities:


Market Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential markets and industries for the company's products or services.
  • Analyse market trends, competitor strategies, and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies.

Business Development:

  • Identify and engage potential clients, distributors, and partners in international markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers and stakeholders.
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies to achieve sales targets.

Sales and Negotiation:

  • Present the company's products or services to potential clients and partners.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable deals.
  • Handle objections and overcome challenges in the sales process.

International Sales Expansion:

  • Develop and execute strategies to enter new international markets.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams, including marketing and product development, to adapt products/services for international markets.
  • Stay updated on international trade regulations and compliance requirements.

Sales Reporting and Analysis:

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to international clients and partners.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.

Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed international sales targets and revenue goals set by the company.


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

Proven experience in international sales, preferably in a similar industry.

Strong knowledge of international business practices, customs, and regulations.

Min 3 years of experience in similar profile.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.


Salary:
₹50, ₹60,000.00 per month
