Responsibilities:

Curriculum Development: Design and develop curriculum materials, lesson plans, and instructional resources for coding and computer science courses, tailored to the age and skill level of students.

Coding Instruction: Deliver engaging and interactive coding instruction to students, teaching programming concepts, languages, and algorithms through hands-on activities, projects, and exercises.

Technology Integration: Integrate technology tools and platforms effectively into the classroom to support coding instruction, including coding software, educational apps, and online learning resources.

Assessment and Feedback: Assess student learning through various formative and summative assessment methods, providing timely feedback to students and parents on progress and achievement.

Individualized Support: Provide personalized support and guidance to students, offering additional assistance, enrichment activities, and differentiated instruction as needed to meet diverse learning needs.

Classroom Management: Establish and maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning, managing student behavior effectively and promoting a culture of respect and collaboration.

Professional Development: Stay current with advancements in coding education, instructional strategies, and technology tools through ongoing professional development opportunities, workshops, and training programs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Education, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Previous teaching experience in coding, computer science, or STEM education, preferably at the secondary or postsecondary level.
Proficiency in coding languages such as Python, Java, JavaScript, or Scratch, as well as familiarity with coding frameworks and development environments.
Strong knowledge of computer science concepts, algorithms, data structures, and software development methodologies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex coding concepts clearly and concisely to students of varying backgrounds and skill levels.
Passion for teaching and mentoring students, with the ability to inspire enthusiasm for coding and technology.
Effective classroom management skills, including the ability to create a supportive and engaging learning environment.
Commitment to ongoing professional growth and development, with a willingness to pursue certifications, attend conferences, and participate in professional learning communities.

Pay:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
