Immediate Joiner Required
**Responsibilities: MIS / Reports for clients

  • Technical Support Calls
  • Troubleshooting customer technical issues and problems
  • Remote installations
  • Level 1 & 2 Support
  • Provide Investigation, diagnosis, resolution and ticket analysis
  • Maintain overall ownership of user's issue & service ensuring that they
- receive

  • Resolution within a reasonable timeframe
  • Training
  • Any other assignment given by your supervisor from time to time

Requirements:

Good communication and written skills

  • Experience in MS. excel
  • Have a good typing speed
  • Should be available for minimum 3 months work from office.
  • Should be from Noida/ Delhi location.
