Job Title:
Executive - Customer Support


Reporting to:
General Manager


Job Location:
Mumbai ( Vikroli )

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding and promoting the company's products and services
  • Generating leads and determining qualified leads
  • Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone callsCommunicating with qualified prospects either verbally or in writing throughout their sales cycles
  • Converting leads into customers
  • Experience in Customer support is mandatoryGood communication skillsBasic working knowledge of Excel requiredAbility to explain complex information clearly and simply.
  • Experience in Customer support is mandatory Good communication skills Basic working knowledge of Excel required Ability to explain complex information clearly and simply.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month

Experience:
