Job Title:
Executive - Customer Support

General Manager

Mumbai ( Vikroli )
Key Responsibilities:
- Understanding and promoting the company's products and services
- Generating leads and determining qualified leads
- Contacting prospective customers and initiating outbound phone callsCommunicating with qualified prospects either verbally or in writing throughout their sales cycles
- Converting leads into customers
- Experience in Customer support is mandatoryGood communication skillsBasic working knowledge of Excel requiredAbility to explain complex information clearly and simply.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
