Purchase Coordinator - Delhi, India - SAR HR Consultancy
Description
Job Requirements:
Responsible for maintaining accurate and timely purchase order processing. Monitor stock levels and reorder merchandise to ensure proper levels. Support sales staff to process special orders and research products for customers. Serve as primary contact for associates with product and order status questions.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Reconcile customer material billing.
- Processing of all purchases of the company from its supplier.
- Reconcile invoice to purchase order price variances.
- Process purchase requisitions and purchase orders
- Track and report material backorders from vendors
- Analyze data and forecast requirements with vendors.
- Maintain and create detailed reports.
- Track and trace freight
- Complete data entry as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements and skills
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Must have 3+ years of experience.
- Male preferred
- Good Knowledge of Tally
- Good computer skills
- MS Office (Excel & Word very important)
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment under tight deadlines.
- May be required to work long and unpredictable hours, including weekends.
Salary:
₹14, ₹20,000.00 per month
