Research and development of Vendors

Building a strong database of reliable vendors for to ensure

smooth procurement as per business requirements

Material inventory check on daily basis

Getting multiple competitive quotes from different vendors against

indent material requirements

Tracking of material movement and ensuring delivery on time

Ensuring quantity and quality check of material received

Timely invoice submission to finance for the procured material

Vendor relation program

Following up with finance to ensure timely/committed payment

terms are maintained long term vendor relations are maintained.
