As a Site Supervisor at Accent Studios, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design and construction process from concept to completion.

Your creative vision, technical expertise, and project management skills will be instrumental in delivering outstanding projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

• Collaborate with clients to understand their design goals and objectives.
• Develop innovative and aesthetically pleasing design concepts.
• Produce detailed design drawings, plans, and specifications.
• Manage and lead the design team, ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
• Oversee site activities to ensure quality, safety, and adherence to design specifications.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design and construction issues as they arise.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
• Proven experience in architectural and interior design, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.).
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Prior experience in site supervision and construction management is a plus.
