Designation - Travel desk executive

From 1 Year to 2 years of experience


Working Location :
Bangalore

Roles and Responsibilities

a.
Managing all Bookings for PAN india requirements like Air /road / hotels

b.
Coordination with employees on travel requests, to be available 24 x7

c.
To Source new vendors for, Hotels, PG, and Training room requirements

d.
Arrangement of Events and Offsite Meetings, Conference & Dinner etc getting the best available

rates from corporate deals/online/websites.

f.
Manage multiple vendors for sourcing and payments

g.
Work on PO Creation Vendor Onboarding, Payments follow with Finance

h.
Creating Monthly travel MIS Reports

i.
Office management-related administration work


Requirements:

Bachelor's of Degree

1 to 2 Years of Experience in travel or Hospitality Industry

Good communication skills, Ms Office skills & reporting skills

Good Negotiation Skills

Strong Analytical Skills


Salary:
₹25, ₹32,000.00 per month
