SARITHIRAM IAS Academy is seeking a talented and driven Administrator cum Teaching Staff to join our vibrant team.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
Taking classes for TNPSC
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
Exceptional convincing and persuasive abilities, with a passion for guiding students towards their educational goals.
Prior experience in a similar role in the education industry is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Utilize your excellent communication and convincing skills to inspire and motivate prospective students to enroll in our academy.
Maintain and update records of prospective students, ensuring accurate and uptodate information is readily available.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement outreach strategies to attract potential students.
Assist in organizing and participating in open houses, webinars, and other promotional events.
Foster and maintain relationships with enrolled students, providing ongoing support as needed.
Meeting Students and Parents related to their queries regarding academics.
Generate references for new admissions from the enrolled students.
Responsible to understand Students problems and provide them possible solution.
Handling students' grievances.
Submission of daily report to immediate reporting officer/manager.
