Eligibility:
Ph.
D. with10 years of teaching and academic administration-related experience in the field of higher education.

KRAs:

Student Affairs at BESTIU University drives the student experience outside the classroom and aims to offer a well-rounded university life for all students.

Should handle redressal of student grievances:
B. Issuance of temporary out / in passes to students and parents.

C. Security complaints about the students.

D. Complaint received from outsiders / society regarding the students.

E. To oversee the implementations of suggestions.

Keep in touch with the guardians as and when required.
Monitor the functioning of the University health service and indoor treatment of students, in consultation with the health wing and concerned admin.
Coordinate proper functioning of the dining halls to ensure the standards of the food, hygiene, behavior of people working at the dining hall / mess / canteen.
Shall be actively associated with the running of coaching and guidance for the students in coordination with concerned in -charge.
Coordinate with the Railway / R.T.C. Bus Departments for the issuance of concessional passes to the students during vacations, educational tour and student's participation in extracurricular activities outside the campus.
D.S.W. will issue character certificate to the students after obtaining reports from concerned in-charge.
Monitoring and guiding the student council, alumni office, co-curricular activities of students, and arrange for special for the weaker / slow learner / needy sections of students.
Prepare plan and execute a programme for holistic development of students.
Coordinate with the office of the chief warden / Asst. Registrar in a smooth functioning of hostels.
Nominate student representative to various bodies of the University in consultation with the concerned authority.

13 Oversee discipline-related processes and develop strategies for addressing campus emergencies.

Any other problems of the students related to the University.

Salary:
₹500, ₹1,000,000.00 per year
