- Finding out their problems.
- Should be tried to address their problems by him/her.
- Genuine problems should be forwarded to concern department by her.
- Followup of every grievance till it to be resolved.
- Direct reporting to higher management regarding serious & unresolved problems.
- Attending Incoming & Outgoing calls with proper etiquette and maintaining records for them.
- Reminder Calls to our FMCG Shoppe (Franchise) regarding every month's offers.
Require Key Skills:
- Good English Speaking
- MS Office, MS Excel
- Pleasant Personality & Voice with Confidence.
