Description

Performing basic architectural/engineering calculations.

Preparing specifications, reports and related data tables.

Maintaining liaison with design and drafting groups.

Preparing, reviewing, and approving drawings as required.

Under the direction of the Supervising Architect, may perform technical assignments of moderate complexity within approved schedules and budgets.

May coordinate technical and administrative activities with employees in other disciplines and other departments participating on an assigned project.

May assist in the training and evaluation of assigned architectural and design/drafting personnel.

Should have excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.

Producing designs using hand drawings computer aided design (CAD), showing how spaces inside the building will be organised, created finished.

Producing detailed drawings for the contractors to use once proposals is accepted.

Developing initial ideas and concepts.

Desired Skills & Qualification:

Minimum 3 years of experience as an interior designer with the above skill set.

Good understanding of standards creativity with perfection.

Plan architectural detail surveying buildings.

Repairing detailed workings, designs, plans, models' schemes, often-using computer-aided (CAD) software.

Getting Planning schedules for the projects.

Post-Graduation

Any Graduate
