Description

Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Providing support to the Sales Team for Proposal Building.

Coordination with field engineer and customer Handling the Quotations Proposals, payment recovery. Solving their Queries, as per the Product Information Required. Keep the Track of Sales Orders, Reporting to concern Head.


Customer Communication:

You'll act as a liaison between the sales team and customers, responding to inquiries, resolving customer issues, and providing product or service information.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are crucial in this aspect.


Order Processing and Tracking:
You'll be responsible for processing sales orders, ensuring accuracy, and tracking order status to ensure timely delivery.


Sales Support:

Providing support to the sales team in various ways, such as generating leads, qualifying prospects, and following up on leads to convert them into sales opportunities.


Relationship Building:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to support the sales process and foster long-term business partnerships.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
