Responsible for handling the full recruitment life Cycle International & Domestic.

Should have working experience with Aerospace & IT Clients.

Develop and incorporate an effective recruitment strategy and produce and update job specifications and descriptions.

Headhunting, references, social media recruiting, and internal database.

Conduct initial screening interviews, telephone interviews, and/or face-to-face interviews with prospective applicants.

Coordinate and schedule technical interviews, coding assessments, and technical discussions.

Very good experience in working on multiple requirements.

Good understanding of UK tax terms.


Managing full lifecycle of recruitment (full-time/permanent, contract) and hiring processes, sourcing (direct, indirect), pre-screening, interviewing, reference checking, offer negotiations, and hiring documentation.

Must have worked on permanent as well as contractual staffing in UK regions.

Utilize social media recruiting skills to market open positions, attract talent, and build online communities.

Would prefer someone who worked with clients Airbus, Boeing, HAL, and its suppliers working experience.

International hiring experience in EMEA region is highly preferred.

Ability to prioritize multiple function and tasks and manage work time efficiently.

Present Contract, Contract-to-Hire, and Permanent Placement services to companies in the local marketplace.


Must have a strong sales mentality and a general understanding of a sales lifecycle from sourcing / lead generation to closing business.

Business development planning.


Develop commercial and business relationships across all forms of communication with new and existing clients, representing operational executives in leading UK and international businesses.

Match appropriate skill sets between clients' business needs and interim management talent in a timely and effective manner.

Proactively develop deep networks and understanding of the industry, including new opportunities for future solution providing.

This includes relationships with both clients and interim managers to ensure their professional objectives and goals are understood and met.
