RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct market research to identify target audiences, competitive landscape, and industry trends
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, including open rates, clickthrough rates, conversion rates, and ROI.
Stay uptodate with industry trends

REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
1 2 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in the HR tech industry
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Experience with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative marketing strategies
