As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in showcasing our stunning collection of natural diamond jewelry and providing exceptional customer service to our clientele.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
• Showcase our collection with passion and knowledge, highlighting the unique features of each piece.
• Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers in selecting the perfect jewelry piece for any occasion.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our pointofsale system.
• Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive landscape.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment to enhance the overall shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the success of the store.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail sales preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong passion for jewelry and an eye for detail.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Customerfocused mindset with a dedication to providing outstanding service.
• Flexibility to work on weekends and holidays.

Salary:
₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
