• Handle chats and calls from customers, and prospective customers.
• Provide a quick and effective solution to the issue reported.
• Answer all the queries including necessary details.
• Escalate unresolved issues and technical flaws to the concerned team.
• Follow up with customer and back end team until resolution is confirmed.
• Prior understanding in customer support roles
• Basic understanding of CRM/Marketing Automation platforms
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Should be flexible with rotational shifts
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
• Strong listening and comprehension skills.
