As a Jewelry Telemarketer, you will play a pivotal role in introducing our exquisite range of jewelry products to potential customers, showcasing their beauty and elegance through compelling conversations.
Responsibilities:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to present and promote our diverse collection of jewelry products.
- Display indepth knowledge of various jewelry materials, designs, and craftsmanship, effectively conveying their uniqueness and value.
- Create and deliver persuasive sales pitches tailored to individual customer preferences and needs.
- Overcome customer objections and concerns by providing accurate information and addressing hesitations.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions, discounts, and special offers to stimulate interest and sales.
- Guide customers through the purchasing process, using persuasive techniques to achieve successful sales closures.
- Record customer details, interactions, and sales outcomes accurately in our CRM system.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and quotas established by the company.
- Follow up with potential customers who expressed interest but did not make immediate purchases, nurturing these leads for potential conversion.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams, providing valuable feedback on customer responses, objections, and suggestions.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor during all customer interactions, adhering to company guidelines and industry regulations.
- Stay informed about jewelry industry trends, product developments, and customer preferences to enhance product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or sales, preferably in the jewelry industry.
- Excellent communication skills with a persuasive personality.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to convey intricate details to customers.
- Patience and resilience to handle objections and hesitations.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goaloriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales is a plus.
