Description

Check and respond to customer queries on various channels such as Whatsapp, chat, social media, etc.

• Monitor website traffic and performance using Google Analytics or other web analytics tools. Check for any issues and ensure that the website is running smoothly.
• Update product information, images, and pricing on the website and other ecommerce platforms.
• Process orders and ensure that they are fulfilled accurately and on time. Monitor shipping and delivery times to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Track inventory levels and restock products as needed. Monitor inventory turnover rates and identify slowmoving products.
• Prepare sales and inventory reports using Excel or other data analysis tools. Analyze the data and identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Write and edit product descriptions content for the website and social media channels.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform pricing and product decisions.
• Attend team meetings to discuss performance, goals, and strategies. Collaborate with other departments such as logistics, customer service, and marketing to ensure smooth operations.
