The brand gained popularity with time and diversified its product range from Indian Ethnic wear for women to for men, children, and as well as fashion accessories.

Andaaz Fashion mainly sells its products to South Asian origin people settled outside India. The products are delivered to more than 150 countries.

Andaaz Fashion is based in New Delhi and has offices in the United States of America, United Kingdom, and Malaysia.

The company holds trademark registration all over Europe.

Roles and Responsibilities:_

Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and

interactive communication.

Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives.
Should be flexible with Rotational shift/ Rotational off. (Day shift/Night shift)

Education:

Any Graduate

Key Skills:

Fluent English

Working days - 6 days a week

Timings:

Rotational Shift (9 hours) / Rotational Off
