Responsibilities

• Project
• Organize and facilitate process mapping discovery sessions with crossfunctional GBP stakeholders
• Document process maps for all GBP business / operational processes, from L0
• L4 levels of detail
• Acquire stakeholder approval for process maps created
• Maintain revision control of all process maps
• Assist in creating a centralized repository of process maps and organize the process library in a manner that best aligns with the business.
• Document and identify process improvement ideas
• DaytoDay (BAU)
• Work with crossfunctional GBP stakeholders to update existing/create new/archive old process maps (per business needs)
• Maintain the centralized repository of process maps and organize processes in a manner that best aligns with the business.
• Maintain revision control of all process maps
• Document and identify process improvement ideas
• Assist with managing / implementing / communicating process changes

Qualifications

• Prior relevant process mapping experience
• Detailoriented, process driven and highly organized
• Produces high quality, accurate work
• Demonstrated experience documenting both simple/highlevel process maps (L0-L1) to detailed, complex process (L2-L4)
• Understands importance of correctly documenting processes and impacts of incorrect process maps.
• Demonstrated experience working crossfunctionally with internal stakeholders to thoroughly/accurately create process maps.
• Required to quickly understand simple and complex processes, interactions between maps, and be comfortable asking for clarification when needed.
• Demonstrates the ability to distill and explain process maps, zoom in and out of detail, depending on the audience.
• Demonstrated knowledge of documentation best practices, experience with BPMN process mapping standards
• Proficient in Lucidchart or other similar process mapping softwares (Ex. Microsoft Visio)
• Documented experience with document/revision control
• Documented experience in process analysis / process improvement
• Documented experience working in a process management, business process management or process improvement team is preferred.
• LSS green / black belt certified strongly preferred
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); ability to communicate effectively with multiple levels including, peers, managers and junior staff
• Excellent project management skills and ability to keep multiple priorities moving at the same time
• Selfstarter with a teamoriented work style
