We are looking for **Telecaller Executive

Female **for our Apartment Sales Project.

You will be required to work from our office, which is next to
KK Bus terminal
You are expected to do business development for us by doing

Make outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our product.
Provide accurate and uptodate information about our product, including features, amenities, pricing, and availability.
Identify and understand the customer's needs, answer their inquiries, and address any concerns or objections they may have.
Persuade prospective customers to schedule site visits and appointments with our sales team.
Maintain a strong knowledge of our products and stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.
Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication to nurture relationships.

Key Skills:

Excel, Sales Experience, Customer Service, Customer Relationship Management, Customer Acquisition, lead conversion, Direct Sales, Direct Marketing, real estate sales experience.

Requirements:

12 years experience in Real Estate Sales/Apartment/Villas Direct Sales. OR Hardcore-Sales experience from other Industry.
Strong experience in direct sales.
Experience in generating new leads through various sales/marketing techniques/BTL etc.
Ability to generate and convert the leads to sales.
Should have strong experience in sales closure.
Having knowledge of the local property market and experience of property pricing to find homes that match their clients' needs preferred.
