Forbes Marketplace is looking for a Customer Success Manager who thrives in a team, goal-oriented environment.
Reporting to the Director of International Business Development, the individual in this role will work closely with stakeholders for the Financial Services vertical while also assisting the wider commercial teams in identifying, executing, and optimizing growth opportunities across our portfolio.
Job Description:
LOCATION :
Chennai/Mumbai
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support the Director of International Business Development in achieving the revenue and growth targets for India and other International locations.
- Research financial services partners for the India and International Market
- Develop a networking plan for affiliate programs and direct partnerships.
- Manage collection of creative assets, product links, tracking and ad verification from clients / agency contacts and coordinate with the international financial services commercial team.
- Work closely with internal compliance and content teams, as well as external partners to ensure all placements are compliant.
- Database management update all new partners and contacts on netsuite
- Project Manage and coordinate with internal teams all necessary elements for campaign execution
- Work with internal teams on billing reconciliation strong relationship with finance for all new partner set up.
- Produce media decks for India and other International locations for financial services products.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Previous experience with affiliate/marketing programs would be an advantage
- Knowledge of financial services in the India market would be an advantage.
- Ability to manage stress well, and juggle multiple account challenges at once.
- Fluent in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Qualifications:
Degree or equivalent
