Description

Responsibilities:


  • Design and deliver training programs for Java
  • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and exercises
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make improvements as needed
  • Provide feedback and coaching to trainees
  • Stay uptodate with new technologies and trends in Java
  • Work with the Learning and Development team to develop training curriculum
  • Build relationships with external clients and provide training onsite as needed

Requirements:


  • At least 2 years of experience as a Java trainer/developer
  • Experience designing and delivering training programs
  • Strong knowledge of Java programming language
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience working with clients preferred
  • Certifications in Java preferred

Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, Lucknow ,

Uttar Pradesh:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
