_ Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:_

  • Analyse the availability and requirement funds and identify potential vendors and prioritize payments
  • Run month end interfaces, subledgers for A/P and related cleaning accounts
  • Assist to Manage month end reconciliations & deal with supplier/Employees queries AP inbox & calls
  • Maintain Data Rental Agreements/Contractual Manpower
  • Vendor Payment planning and prioritizing
  • Payment initiation in bank site

Skills & Attributes
-
Desired experience for accounts payable includes:

  • Experience with high volume AP essential
  • Must have working knowledge of computerised accounts systems
  • Experience in a medium to large corporate environment
  • This position requires a proactive attitude, ability to work effectively in both a team and independently,
excellent administration and organisation skills and strong attention to detail

  • Proficient with debits & credits.

Qualification
MBA/Inter CA/B.Com. Have basic knowledge on Debit & Credit. Strong stakeholder management skills
