PROFILE:
We are looking for a Techno Commercial Executive who will play individual contributor role and will be ready to handle both technical and commercial aspects of the business.
JOB BRIEF
RESPONSIBILITIES
Take ownership of customer issues reported and see problems through to resolution
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Follow standard procedures for proper escalation of unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Ensure proper recording and closure of all issues
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Document knowledge in the _form_ of knowledge base tech notes and articles
Will be responsible for business development and will expand market reach and revenues.
REQUIREMENTS:
Engineering Degree in any stream and preferably with hardware course from a reputed institute or equivalent
3-4 years Proven working experience in technical support, IT support or as a technical engineer
Knowledge of Windows OS, Oracle RDBMS, Linux systems, various utilities and scripting
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent _client_-facing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
KEY
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CANDIDATE:
Individual will be responsible for providing Online & on-site support which includes identifying the faults related to hardware, software, configuration, networking, power supply problems, etc.
Individual will be responsible for supporting the installation functions that include security installation, training the users, testing, documenting, and maintaining the quality standards.
Individual shall participate in the meetings and makes recommendations so that the supporting services can be improved to ensure better satisfaction of the clients.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
To ensure success as a field support engineer, an individual should be willing to travel extensively.
Individual must be totally customer oriented and should be able to communicate with the clients in a clear and concise manner.
Individual should be able to identify the business opportunities and provide relevant solutions for the same.Should be _open_ to learn new things and constantly keep abreast with the latest technological trends that are happening in the relevant industry.
