    Description

    Job Description

    work Experience:

    2+ years in F&A BPO or Corporate F&A environment with knowledge in Account Reconciliations, Reporting. Preferred (Insurance Accounting experience) . Willing to work in night shifts.

    Primary Responsibility :


    •Prepare Journals and Reconciliations, investigate problems


    •Ensure transactions have been properly authorised in line with the agreed policies and exceptions are reported


    •Periodic review and follow-up on open reconciling items


    •Carry out variance analysis of GL Balances to identify the causes for any fluctuations between two period balances


    •Identify Quality initiatives ideas within the team


    •Drive and Measure robust process controls in the process

    Technical Skills:


    •Good understanding of MS Excel and MS office tools


    •Preferred – understanding of Blackline, Business Object, People Soft, Workday

    Education


    •Bachelor's degree or Post Graduate in Accounting or semi qualified Chartered Accountants/Cost Accountants, MBA (Finance)
