    Description
    Payroll inputcollection/preparation/compilation for payroll processing.
    Preparation of bankpayment advice notes for salary transfer and payment.
    PayrollReconciliation. Monthly SAF paymentdata is to be finalized and payment is to be released by the lastday of the month. Accounting of payrollrelated JVs (main salary JV / LTA Provision /SAF Provision/Employer contribution/bonusprovision) costcenterwise & O&M sitewise.
    Preparation& updation of loan register for Wartsila Finland reportingby CFO. Preparation ofmonthly payrollrelated schedules for monthly reporting &audit (expense liability accounting).

    Once payroll isclosed & accounting is done confirmation activity is to becompleted in SAP (run book)Resolution ofEmployee queries pertaining to payroll.

    Preparation ofstatutory dues statement (PT / TDS / PF / ESIC) theirreconciliation with salary register andpayment.
    LTA registerpreparation in Jan & keep track of monthly payment ofemployees LTA payment every month.
    Provision of LTASAF bonus leave salary & gratuity.
    Leave provisiondata quarterly to be finalized and sent to the actuary forvaluation.

    Preparation ofreports regarding statutory dues for audit purposesPreparation ofquarterly data for ETDS returns reconciliation with monthly salaryregister and ETDS return filling.

    Statement of PTliability to be sent to statewise / locationwise for payment. General ledgerclearing in SAP (liability acct. liability vs. Payment).Final settlementdata to be compiled for ETDS working every month to push in thepayroll system.

    Payroll audit(internal/statutory audit both) handlingPreparation of full& final advice notes Accounting of full& final JVs & payment and submission of advicenotes to hr Handling queries ifany regarding F&F settlement.

    Investmentproposal to be collected for tax exemption/calculation on web site.
    Resolve queries ofemployees regarding Tax deduction Coordinationbetween employees & payroll processor for finalizing thetaxable income/tax liability.

    Finalise dataregarding issuing form 16 (income tax certificate) Checking of form16 (income tax certificate)Release form 16(income tax certificate) on the website to all the employees.

    Left employees form16 to be sent thru mail or hard copies to be despatched to theirpostal address.
