As we continue to grow we are seeking a skilled HROperations Specialist to join our teamremotely.PositionOverview:As an HR OperationsSpecialist at Immense Tek you will play a pivotal role insupporting the daytoday HR operations of the company. Reporting tothe HR Manager you will be responsible for executing HR tasksefficiently and accurately ensuring compliance with companypolicies and regulations and contributing to the overall success ofthe HR department.KeyResponsibilities:

EmployeeLifecycle Management: Manage the endtoend employeelifecycle processes including onboarding offboarding and employeetransitions.
HR SystemsManagement: Utilize HRIS (Human Resources InformationSystems) to maintain employee records generate reports andstreamline HR processes.
BenefitsAdministration: Assist with the administration ofemployee benefits programs including enrollment changes andinquiries.
PayrollSupport: Collaborate with the finance department toensure accurate and timely processing of payrolltransactions.
Compliance and PolicyAdherence: Stay updated on relevant employment lawsand regulations to ensure compliance in HR operations andpolicies.
EmployeeRelations: Provide support to employees regardingHRrelated inquiries policies andprocedures.
DataAnalysis: Compile and analyze HR data to identifytrends insights and areas forimprovement.
HRDocumentation: Maintain and update HR documentsincluding employee handbooks policies andprocedures.
HRProjects: Assist in various HR projects such asprocess improvements diversity initiatives and employee engagementprograms.
Collaboration:Work closely with crossfunctional teams to ensure HR initiativesalign with company goals andobjectives.
